The operator (Yuya Sato, hereinafter the "Operator") sets forth the following privacy practices for the iOS app "AudioPeel" (hereinafter the "App").
The App does not transmit any information, including video or audio files, to any external server. All processing takes place entirely on the user's iPhone/iPad, and no third party, including the Operator, has access to the user's video or audio data.
Video files selected in the App and the audio files extracted from them are stored only in temporary storage on the device. This data is never transmitted outside the App, and is only passed to other locations on the device or to other apps through the user's own actions ("Save to Files" or "Share").
The App uses the standard iOS "Photos" picker and "Files" browser to select videos. Because these operate independently of the App at the OS level, the App never obtains access to the entire photo library or file listing.
The App does not include any advertising SDKs or analytics SDKs that track user behavior. The App performs no tracking whatsoever (including the collection of IDFA or similar identifiers).
Aside from the mechanism Apple provides (anonymized crash reports via App Store Connect), the Operator does not independently collect any information.
Because the App does not collect personal information, it does not disclose any information to third parties.
Because the App does not collect information that identifies individuals, it may be used by anyone regardless of age.
The contents of this Policy may be changed as necessary. Any revised content takes effect from the time it is posted on this page.
