These Terms of Use (hereinafter these "Terms") set forth the conditions of use for the iOS app "AudioPeel" (hereinafter the "App") provided by Yuya Sato (hereinafter the "Operator"). By using the App, users are deemed to have agreed to these Terms.
These Terms apply to all relationships pertaining to the use of the App.
Users shall not engage in any of the following acts when using the App:
Rights to audio data extracted using the App are subject to the scope of rights the user holds in the original video data. When extracting audio from a video in which a third party holds copyright or other rights, users must obtain the necessary permissions at their own responsibility before using the App.
The Operator does not warrant that the App is free of defects in fact or in law (including defects in safety, reliability, accuracy, completeness, validity, fitness for a particular purpose, or bugs). Except in cases of intentional misconduct or gross negligence on the part of the Operator, the Operator shall bear no responsibility whatsoever for any damages incurred by users through use of the App.
The Operator may change the contents of the App or discontinue its provision without prior notice to users.
The Operator may revise these Terms without prior notice to users when the Operator deems it necessary. The revised Terms take effect from the time they are posted within the App or on this page.
These Terms shall be interpreted in accordance with the laws of Japan. Any dispute arising in connection with the App shall be subject to the exclusive agreed jurisdiction of the court having jurisdiction over the Operator's location.
