iOSアプリ「なぞってぼかす動画」(以下「本アプリ」)は、ユーザーのプライバシーを最優先に設計されています。本ポリシーは、本アプリにおける情報の取り扱いを説明するものです。

1. 収集する情報

本アプリは、個人情報を含む一切の情報を収集しません。アカウント登録も不要です。App Store の「アプリのプライバシー」表示も「データは収集されません」に該当します。

顔の位置情報(顔データ)は、ぼかし加工のために端末内で一時的に扱われるだけで、端末の外へ出ることも、開発者が取得することもありません。詳しくは第3条をご覧ください。

2. 動画の取り扱い

• 選択した動画の顔検出・ぼかし加工・書き出しは、すべてお使いの端末の中だけで行われます。
• 動画や音声が端末の外(インターネット上のサーバーなど)へ送信されることはありません。本アプリは動画を送信するための通信機能を持っていません。開発者が運営するサーバーは存在しません。
• 本アプリが行う通信は、App Store の価格の取得・購入・購入の復元(Apple の StoreKit)と、規約・プライバシーポリシーのリンクをタップしてブラウザを開く場合の2つだけです。いずれも Apple との通信であり、動画・音声・顔の情報は一切含まれません。詳しくは第7条をご覧ください。
• 本アプリは、あなたが選択した動画にのみアクセスします。写真ライブラリ全体を読み取ることはありません。
• 選択した動画は、加工のために端末内の一時領域にコピーされます。この一時ファイルは端末の外へ出ることはなく、不要になった時点で iOS によって自動的に削除されます。
• 元の動画は変更・削除されません。加工後の動画は、フォトライブラリに新しい動画として保存されます。

3. 顔データの取り扱い(収集・利用・保存場所・保持期間・削除・第三者共有)

本アプリの目的は、動画に写った顔を隠すことです。そのために顔の「位置」を検出しますが、個人を識別・照合するための顔データ(いわゆる顔認証データ、フェイスプリント、生体テンプレート)は、作成も取得も保存もしません。

• (1) 収集(検出)するもの: Apple が iOS に組み込んで提供している画像認識機能(Vision フレームワークの VNDetectFaceRectanglesRequest)を使い、動画の各フレームから顔を囲む長方形の座標(位置と大きさを表す数値)のみを求めます。あわせて、「どの顔をぼかすか」をあなたが選ぶ確認画面に一覧表示するため、その部分を切り出した顔のサムネイル画像を端末のメモリ上に作成します。
• (2) 収集しないもの: 顔の特徴点(目・鼻・口の詳細な形状)、顔の特徴量・テンプレート(フェイスプリント)、個人の識別・本人確認・照合、年齢・性別・人種・感情・健康状態の推定は一切行いません。本アプリは、映っている人が誰であるかを知ることも、別の動画に写った同じ人物と結び付けることもできません。
• (3) 利用目的: 上記のデータは、ぼかし(モザイク)を掛ける場所を決めるという単一の目的にのみ使用します。それ以外の目的には使用しません。
• (4) 保存場所: すべての処理はお使いの端末内で完結し、顔データは端末のメモリ(RAM)上にのみ置かれます。端末のストレージ、データベース、iCloud、その他いかなる保存先にも書き出しません。開発者が運営するサーバーは存在せず、開発者がこれらのデータにアクセスする手段もありません。
• (5) 保持期間: その動画を編集しているあいだだけです。別の動画を選び直したとき、編集画面を閉じたとき、またはアプリを終了したときに直ちに破棄されます。編集をまたいで引き継がれることはなく、永続的な保持期間はゼロ(0日)です。
• (6) 削除: 上記のとおり自動的に消去されるため、削除のご依頼をいただく必要はありません。アプリを削除すれば、関連するデータは端末上に一切残りません。
• (7) 第三者への共有・提供: 顔データを第三者に提供・共有・販売・譲渡することは一切ありません。外部サーバー、解析ツール、広告ネットワーク、機械学習の学習用データセットへ送信することもありません。そもそも本アプリには、動画や顔データを外部へ送信する通信機能が備わっていません。
• (8) 書き出した動画: 保存される動画に含まれるのは、ぼかしを適用した映像そのものだけです。顔の位置座標やサムネイルが、動画ファイルの中やそのメタデータに埋め込まれることはありません。

4. 端末の権限について

• 動画を選ぶ操作には iOS 標準の選択画面(ピッカー)を使うため、写真ライブラリへのアクセス許可は必要ありません。
• 加工後の動画の保存にのみ、写真ライブラリへの「追加のみ」の権限を使用します。既存の写真や動画を読み取ったり、変更・削除したりすることはありません。
• カメラ、マイク、位置情報、連絡先など、その他の権限は一切使用しません。

5. 端末内に保存される設定情報

本アプリは、レビュー依頼の表示タイミングを判定するため、書き出しに成功した回数と依頼済みのアプリバージョンを端末内にのみ記録します。この記録は端末の外へ送信されることはなく、アプリを削除すると消去されます。レビュー依頼のポップアップ自体は iOS 標準の機能で、表示するかどうかは iOS が管理します。

6. 解析ツール・広告・第三者への提供

本アプリは、アクセス解析ツール、広告 SDK、その他の外部サービスを一切使用していません。情報を収集しないため、第三者に提供する情報もありません。

7. アプリ内課金と、Apple が取得する情報

本アプリには「保存の解放」の買い切り課金(非消耗型のアプリ内課金)が1件あります。購入手続き・支払い・購入の記録・購入の復元は、すべて Apple の仕組み(App Store / StoreKit)を通じて行われます。本アプリは、クレジットカード番号や Apple ID などの支払い情報を受け取ることも、保存することもありません。本アプリが Apple から受け取るのは「この端末で購入済みかどうか」と「表示用の価格」だけで、これらが開発者のサーバーへ送られることはありません(開発者のサーバーは存在しません)。

App Store でのご購入や iOS の機能を通じて、購入情報、クラッシュログ、利用統計などを Apple が取得する場合があります。これらは Apple のプライバシーポリシーに従って取り扱われます。開発者は、個人を特定できない集計データとして確認できるのみで、特定のユーザーと結び付けることはできません。

8. お問い合わせでいただいた情報

メールでお問い合わせいただいた場合、そのメールアドレスと内容は、お返事および不具合対応の目的にのみ使用します。第三者に提供することはなく、対応の完了後、保管する必要がなくなった時点で削除します。

Privacy Policy

Auto Face Blur ("the App") is designed with your privacy as the top priority. This policy explains how information is handled in the App.

1. Information We Collect

The App does not collect any information, including personal information. No account is required. Its App Store privacy label is likewise "Data Not Collected".

Face location data is handled only temporarily on your device in order to apply the blur; it never leaves your device and is never obtained by the developer. See Section 3 for full details.

2. How Your Videos Are Handled

• Face detection, blurring, and export all happen entirely on your device.
• Your videos and their audio are never sent outside your device (e.g., to servers on the internet). The App has no capability to upload them, and the developer operates no servers.
• The App connects to the network in exactly two situations: to fetch the price, complete a purchase, or restore a purchase through the App Store (Apple's StoreKit), and to open the Terms or Privacy Policy in your browser when you tap those links. Both involve Apple only, and neither carries any video, audio, or face data. See section 7.
• The App only accesses the videos you explicitly select. It never reads your entire photo library.
• A selected video is copied to a temporary area on your device for editing. This temporary file never leaves your device and is automatically deleted by iOS once it is no longer needed.
• Your original video is never modified or deleted. The edited video is saved to your photo library as a new video.

3. Face Data (Collection, Use, Storage, Retention, Deletion, and Sharing)

The purpose of the App is to hide faces that appear in your videos. To do that it detects where faces are located, but it never creates, obtains, or stores face data used to identify or verify an individual (a faceprint or biometric template).

• (1) What is collected (detected): Using Apple's on-device image-recognition technology built into iOS (the Vision framework's VNDetectFaceRectanglesRequest), the App derives only the coordinates of a rectangle bounding each face (numbers describing position and size) from the frames of your video. It also creates a cropped thumbnail image of each detected face in device memory, so that you can see and choose which faces to blur on the confirmation screen.
• (2) What is not collected: The App performs no facial-landmark analysis (detailed shape of eyes, nose, or mouth), no extraction of face templates or faceprints, no identification, authentication, or matching of individuals, and no estimation of age, gender, race, emotion, or health. The App cannot tell who a person is, nor can it link the same person across different videos.
• (3) Purpose of use: This data is used for the single purpose of determining where to apply the blur or mosaic. It is used for nothing else.
• (4) Where it is stored: All processing happens entirely on your device, and face data is held only in the device's memory (RAM). It is never written to device storage, a database, iCloud, or any other destination. The developer operates no servers and has no means of accessing this data.
• (5) Retention period: Only while you are editing that video. It is discarded immediately when you choose a different video, leave the editing screen, or quit the App. Nothing is carried over between editing sessions; the persistent retention period is zero (0 days).
• (6) Deletion: Because the data is erased automatically as described above, no deletion request is necessary. Deleting the App leaves no related data on your device.
• (7) Sharing with third parties: Face data is never shared, sold, transferred, or otherwise disclosed to any third party. It is never transmitted to external servers, analytics tools, advertising networks, or machine-learning training datasets. The App contains no capability to transmit videos or face data off the device at all.
• (8) The exported video: The saved video contains only the blurred imagery itself. No face coordinates or thumbnails are embedded in the video file or its metadata.

4. Device Permissions

• Choosing a video uses the standard iOS picker, so no photo library access permission is required.
• "Add-only" access to your photo library is used solely to save an edited video. The App never reads, modifies, or deletes your existing photos or videos.
• No other permissions — camera, microphone, location, contacts — are used.

5. Settings Stored on Your Device

To decide when to show a review prompt, the App keeps a count of successful exports and the app version in which a prompt was last shown. This is stored only on your device, is never transmitted, and is erased when you delete the App. The review prompt itself is a standard iOS feature, and iOS decides whether it is displayed.

6. Analytics, Advertising & Third Parties

The App does not use any analytics tools, advertising SDKs, or other external services. Since no information is collected, nothing is ever shared with third parties.

7. In-App Purchase, and Information Collected by Apple

The App offers one non-consumable in-app purchase that unlocks saving. Payment, the record of your purchase, and restoring a purchase are all handled by Apple (the App Store / StoreKit). The App never receives or stores payment details such as card numbers or your Apple ID. All the App learns from Apple is whether this device has purchased the unlock, and the price to display — and neither is sent to any developer server, because there is none.

Through your App Store purchase and iOS features, Apple may collect purchase records, crash logs, and usage statistics. This is handled under Apple's privacy policy. The developer can only view it as aggregated, non-identifiable data and cannot link it to any individual user.

8. Information You Send Us

If you contact us by email, your address and the contents of your message are used only to reply and to address the issue you reported. They are never shared with third parties, and are deleted once they are no longer needed.
