利用規約

本規約は、iOSアプリ「なぞってぼかす動画」(以下「本アプリ」)の利用条件を定めるものです。本アプリを利用することで、本規約に同意したものとみなされます。

本アプリのライセンス条件には、App Store のエンドユーザー使用許諾契約(Apple 標準 EULA)が適用されます。本規約はこれを補足するものであり、内容が矛盾する場合は Apple 標準 EULA が優先します。

第1条(料金と返金)

• 本アプリのダウンロードは無料です。動画の選択、顔の自動検出、顔ごとのぼかしの入切、指でなぞる手動ぼかしの追加、ぼかし／モザイクの切り替えと強さの調整、ぼかしを適用した状態でのプレビュー再生は、購入しなくても時間・回数の制限なくご利用いただけます。
• 有料となるのは「保存」(加工した動画をフォトライブラリへ書き出すこと)のみです。これは非消耗型のアプリ内課金1件のみで、買い切り(一度きりのお支払い)です。サブスクリプション(定期購読)ではなく、自動更新もありません。一度ご購入いただくと、以後は追加の支払いなく保存できます。定期購読ではないため、解約の手続きは必要ありません(解約すべき契約が存在しません)。
• 本アプリは広告を表示しません。書き出した動画に透かし(ウォーターマーク)は入りません。
• 価格は App Store の表示をご確認ください。国や時期により異なる場合があります。
• 機種変更やアプリの入れ直しをした場合は、購入時と同じ Apple ID でサインインしたうえで、アプリ内の課金画面にある「購入を復元」をお使いください。追加の支払いは発生しません。
• 購入手続き・お支払い・返金は、すべて Apple が行います。返金をご希望の場合は Apple へお申し出ください。開発者は返金の手続きを行うことができません。返金された場合、保存機能は再びロックされます。

第2条(動画の権利と責任)

• 加工する動画は、ご自身が権利を持つもの、または加工する正当な権限があるものに限ります。
• 動画に写っている人物の肖像権・プライバシーへの配慮を含め、加工後の動画の利用・公開は、ユーザーご自身の責任で行ってください。
• 動画に関する権利はユーザーまたは元の権利者に帰属し、開発者はこれらの動画について一切の権利を主張しません。

第3条(ぼかし加工に関する注意)

• 本アプリの自動顔検出は完全ではありません。顔を検出できない場合(検出漏れ)や、顔以外を検出する場合(誤検出)があります。検出結果は必ずご自身で確認し、必要な箇所は手動でぼかしを追加してください。
• ぼかし・モザイクは、指定した範囲を見えにくくする映像処理です。保存される動画は加工を反映した新しいファイルとして書き出され、元に戻すためのデータは含まれません。ただし、ぼかしの強さや対象の大きさによっては、元の内容が推測できてしまう場合があります。
• 検出されなかった顔や、ぼかし範囲に指定しなかった部分は加工されません。
• 音声は加工されず、元の動画のままコピーされます。名前・住所などの個人情報や聞かれたくない内容が音声に含まれていないか、ご自身でご確認ください。
• 動画を公開・送信する前に、保存後の動画(映像と音声の両方)を必ずご自身でご確認ください。
• 元の動画は変更・削除されません。加工後の動画はフォトライブラリに新しい動画として保存されます。

第4条(禁止事項)

• 法令に違反する目的、または他人の権利を侵害する目的で本アプリを利用すること。
• 本アプリの複製、改変、逆アセンブル、再配布、販売、貸与。

第5条(免責事項)

• 本アプリは現状のまま提供され、動作の完全性・正確性(顔検出の精度を含みます)や特定目的への適合性を保証しません。
• 本アプリの提供者は開発者であり、Apple ではありません。本アプリに関するお問い合わせ・サポートは開発者が対応します。
• 本アプリの利用により生じた損害について、開発者は法令上許される範囲で責任を負いません。ただし、開発者の故意または重大な過失による場合は、この限りではありません。

第6条(提供の変更・終了)

開発者は、本アプリの内容を変更し、または提供を終了することがあります。App Store での配信が終了した場合、以後の更新やサポートは提供されないことがあります。

第7条(規約の変更・準拠法)

• 本規約は、必要に応じて変更されることがあります。変更後の規約は、本ページに掲載した時点で効力を生じます。
• 本規約は日本法に準拠し、解釈されるものとします。

These terms set out the conditions for using the iOS app Auto Face Blur ("the App"). By using the App, you agree to these terms.

Your license to the App is governed by the App Store's Licensed Application End User License Agreement (Apple's standard EULA). These terms supplement it; if the two conflict, Apple's standard EULA prevails.

1. Price and Refunds

• The App is free to download. Choosing a video, automatic face detection, turning each detected face on or off, adding manual blur by tracing with your finger, switching between blur and mosaic and adjusting the strength, and previewing the result with the effect applied are all free, with no time or count limits.
• The only paid feature is saving — exporting the edited video to your photo library. It is unlocked by a single non-consumable in-app purchase, a one-time payment. It is not a subscription and does not auto-renew. Once purchased, you can save without any further charge. Because it is not a subscription, there is nothing to cancel.
• The App shows no ads, and no watermark is added to exported videos.
• Please check the App Store listing for the current price, which may vary by region and over time.
• If you switch devices or reinstall the App, sign in with the same Apple ID you used to buy it and tap "Restore Purchase" on the purchase screen in the App. You will not be charged again.
• Purchases, payments, and refunds are handled entirely by Apple. If you would like a refund, please request it from Apple. The developer has no means of issuing refunds. If a purchase is refunded, saving becomes locked again.

2. Rights and Responsibility for Videos

• Only edit videos that you own or have proper permission to edit.
• You are solely responsible for how you use or publish edited videos, including respecting the privacy and likeness rights of people who appear in them.
• All rights in your videos remain with you or their original rights holder. The developer claims no rights over them.

3. Important Notes About Blurring

• Automatic face detection is not perfect. It may miss faces or detect things that are not faces. Always review the detection results yourself and add manual blur where needed.
• Blur and mosaic effects obscure the areas you specify. The saved video is exported as a new file with the effects baked in and contains no data for undoing them. Even so, depending on the effect strength and the size of the area, the original content may still be guessable.
• Faces that were not detected, and areas you did not mark for blurring, are left untouched.
• Audio is not processed — it is copied from the original video unchanged. Please check that the audio does not contain personal information such as names or addresses, or anything else you do not want heard.
• Before sharing or publishing a video, always review the saved video yourself — both the picture and the sound.
• Your original video is never modified or deleted. The edited video is saved to your photo library as a new video.

4. Prohibited Uses

• Using the App for any unlawful purpose or to infringe the rights of others.
• Copying, modifying, disassembling, redistributing, selling, or lending the App.

5. Disclaimer

• The App is provided "as is", without warranty of completeness, accuracy (including the accuracy of face detection), or fitness for a particular purpose.
• The App is provided by the developer, not by Apple. Questions and support for the App are handled by the developer.
• To the fullest extent permitted by law, the developer is not liable for any damages arising from use of the App. This limitation does not apply to damages caused by the developer's intent or gross negligence.

6. Changes to or Discontinuation of the App

The developer may change the App or discontinue it. If the App is removed from the App Store, further updates and support may no longer be provided.

7. Changes to These Terms; Governing Law

• These terms may be updated as needed. Updated terms take effect when posted on this page.
• These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Japan.
