本規約は、「なぞってぼかす」(以下「本アプリ」)の利用条件を定めるものです。本アプリを利用することで、本規約に同意したものとみなされます。

本アプリのライセンス条件には、App Store の「エンドユーザー使用許諾契約(Apple 標準 EULA)」が適用されます。本規約はこれを補足するものであり、内容が矛盾する場合は Apple 標準 EULA が優先します。

第1条(料金と返金)

• 本アプリのダウンロードと利用は無料です。写真を選ぶ、指でなぞってぼかす、仕上がりを画面で確認する、までは無料でご利用いただけます。
• 加工した写真を「写真」アプリに保存する機能のみ、App内課金「保存の解放」のご購入が必要です。
• 「保存の解放」は一度きりの買い切りです。サブスクリプションではなく、ご購入後の追加課金はありません。広告の表示もありません。保存した写真に透かし(ウォーターマーク)が入ることもありません。
• 価格は App Store の表示をご確認ください。国や時期により異なる場合があります。
• 機種変更や再インストールのあとは、設定画面の「購入を復元」からご購入内容を復元できます。
• 本アプリが有料アプリだった時期にご購入いただいた方は、追加のお支払いなく保存をご利用いただけます。
• 購入手続き・お支払い・返金は、すべて Apple が行います。返金をご希望の場合は Apple へお申し出ください。開発者は返金の手続きを行うことができません。

第2条(画像の権利と責任)

• 加工する画像は、ご自身が権利を持つもの、または加工する正当な権限があるものに限ります。
• 加工後の画像の利用・公開は、ユーザーご自身の責任で行ってください。
• 画像に関する権利はユーザーまたは元の権利者に帰属し、開発者はこれらの画像について一切の権利を主張しません。

第3条(ぼかし加工に関する注意)

• 本アプリのぼかしは、指でなぞった範囲を見えにくくする画像処理です。保存される画像は1枚に統合され、元に戻すためのデータは含まれません。
• ただし、ぼかしの強さや対象の大きさによっては、元の内容が推測できてしまう場合があります。また、なぞり残した部分は加工されません。
• 画像を公開・送信する前に、保存後の画像を必ずご自身でご確認ください。パスワード、口座番号、身分証などの重要な情報を含む画像は特にご注意ください。

第4条(禁止事項)

• 法令に違反する目的、または他人の権利を侵害する目的で本アプリを利用すること。
• 本アプリの複製、改変、逆アセンブル、再配布、販売、貸与。

第5条(免責事項)

• 本アプリは現状のまま提供され、動作の完全性・正確性や特定目的への適合性を保証しません。
• 本アプリの提供者は開発者であり、Apple ではありません。本アプリに関するお問い合わせ・サポートは開発者が対応します。
• 本アプリの利用により生じた損害について、開発者は法令上許される範囲で責任を負いません。ただし、開発者の故意または重大な過失による場合は、この限りではありません。

第6条(提供の変更・終了)

開発者は、本アプリの内容を変更し、または提供を終了することがあります。App Store での配信が終了した場合、以後の更新やサポートは提供されないことがあります。

第7条(規約の変更・準拠法)

• 本規約は、必要に応じて変更されることがあります。変更後の規約は、本ページに掲載した時点で効力を生じます。
• 本規約は日本法に準拠し、解釈されるものとします。

These terms set out the conditions for using Swipe Blur ("the App"). By using the App, you agree to these terms.

Your license to the App is governed by the App Store's Licensed Application End User License Agreement (Apple's standard EULA). These terms supplement it; if the two conflict, Apple's standard EULA prevails.

1. Price and Refunds

• The App is free to download and use. Choosing a photo, swiping to blur it, and checking the result on screen are all free.
• Only saving the edited photo to your Photos library requires the in-app purchase "Unlock Saving".
• "Unlock Saving" is a one-time purchase. It is not a subscription, and there are no further charges after you buy it. There are no ads, and no watermark is added to your saved photos.
• Please check the App Store listing for the current price, which may vary by region and over time.
• After changing devices or reinstalling, you can restore your purchase with "Restore Purchase" in Settings.
• If you bought the App during the period when it was a paid app, saving remains available to you at no additional cost.
• Purchases, payments, and refunds are handled entirely by Apple. If you would like a refund, please request it from Apple. The developer has no means of issuing refunds.

2. Rights and Responsibility for Images

• Only edit images that you own or have proper permission to edit.
• You are solely responsible for how you use or publish edited images.
• All rights in your images remain with you or their original rights holder. The developer claims no rights over them.

3. Important Note About Blurring

• Blurring obscures the areas you swipe over. The saved image is flattened into a single picture and contains no data for undoing the effect.
• Even so, depending on the blur strength and the size of the area, the original content may still be guessable. Areas you did not swipe over are left untouched.
• Always check the saved image yourself before sharing or sending it — especially for images containing passwords, account numbers, or identity documents.

4. Prohibited Uses

• Using the App for any unlawful purpose or to infringe the rights of others.
• Copying, modifying, disassembling, redistributing, selling, or lending the App.

5. Disclaimer

• The App is provided "as is", without warranty of completeness, accuracy, or fitness for a particular purpose.
• The App is provided by the developer, not by Apple. Questions and support for the App are handled by the developer.
• To the fullest extent permitted by law, the developer is not liable for any damages arising from use of the App. This limitation does not apply to damages caused by the developer's intent or gross negligence.

6. Changes to or Discontinuation of the App

The developer may change the App or discontinue it. If the App is removed from the App Store, further updates and support may no longer be provided.

7. Changes to These Terms; Governing Law

• These terms may be updated as needed. Updated terms take effect when posted on this page.
• These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Japan.
