佐藤祐也(以下「当方」)は、本アプリにおける利用者の情報の取り扱いについて、次のとおり定めます。
本アプリに当方のサーバーはありません。メモはすべてお使いのiPhoneの中に保存され、当方が受け取ることはありません。当方が利用者の情報を受け取るのは、メールでお問い合わせをいただいたときだけです(下記8)。
ただし「端末の中だけで処理する」ことと「一切の情報が動かない」ことは別です。音声認識でAppleに音声が送られる場合(下記4)と、App Storeの仕組みでApple自身が情報を取得する場合(下記5)があります。以下で分けて説明します。

これらはすべて、iOSがアプリごとに用意した端末内の保存領域(UserDefaults)に置かれます。当方のサーバーに送信されることはなく、当方はこれらを見ることができません。氏名やメールアドレスなど、利用者を特定する情報と結びつけられることもありません。
本アプリが求める権限は、次の2つだけです。
本アプリは、開いた時点で自動的に録音と聞き取りを始めます。はじめて開いたときは、その前にiOSが上記2つの許可を確認します。許可しなかった場合、本アプリは録音できません(すでに保存したメモの閲覧・編集・削除はできます)。許可はいつでも、iPhoneの「設定」アプリの中の「ふとボイス」から変更できます。
本アプリは、位置情報、カメラ、写真、連絡先、カレンダー、リマインダー、ヘルスケア、Bluetooth、モーション、Face ID、およびトラッキング許可(ATT)を一切使いません。これらを求めることもありません。
本アプリの文字変換には、Appleが提供するiOSの音声認識機能を使用します。
当方は、音声やメモを第三者のAIサービス、文字起こしサービス、クラウドサービスへ送信していません。本アプリが利用する外部の仕組みは、Appleが提供するものだけです。
本アプリは端末内で完結しますが、App Storeの仕組みを通じてApple自身が次のような情報を取得します。これはAppleが取得するものであり、当方が集めているものではありません。
当方はApp Store Connectを通じて、これらのうち個人を特定できない集計データ(ダウンロード数、クラッシュの発生状況など)を見ることができます。個々の利用者を識別することはできません。これらの取り扱いはAppleのプライバシーポリシーに従います。端末からの「解析と改善」の共有は、iPhoneの「設定」からいつでもオフにできます。
当方は、氏名、住所、電話番号、生年月日、位置情報、写真、動画、連絡先、カレンダー、健康情報、広告ID(IDFA)、デバイスID、IPアドレス、閲覧履歴、検索履歴、操作ログを収集しません。メールアドレスも、下記8のお問い合わせをいただいた場合を除いて取得しません。
本アプリには、アクセス解析ツール、広告、クラッシュ収集ツール、その他の第三者製ソフトウェア開発キット(SDK)が一切組み込まれていません。当方が利用者の行動を追跡(トラッキング)することはなく、他社と広告目的で情報を共有することもありません。
メールでお問い合わせをいただいた場合、当方はそのメールアドレスと本文の内容を受け取ります。
なお、メールの送受信にはGoogle LLCのGmailを使用しています。Googleのプライバシーポリシーが適用され、メールが日本国外のサーバーに保管される可能性があります。
当方が利用者の情報を第三者に提供、販売、または共同利用することはありません。当方は利用者の端末内のデータを保有していないため、それを国外へ移転することもありません。
上記4および8に書いたAppleおよびGoogleへの情報の流れは、それぞれ「iOSの音声認識機能を利用するため」「お問い合わせメールを受け取るため」という目的の範囲に限られます。これらの事業者のサーバーは日本国外にある場合があります。
本アプリの年齢制限指定は4+で、キッズカテゴリのアプリではありません。当方は利用者の年齢を尋ねず、児童を含むいかなる利用者からも個人情報を収集しません。未成年の方がご購入・ご利用になる場合は、保護者の方の同意と管理のもとでご利用ください。
当方は本アプリを通じて個人データを取得していないため、EU一般データ保護規則(GDPR)および英国のデータ保護法制の対象となる当方の取扱いは、上記8のお問い合わせメールに限られます。
当方は端末内のデータを預かっていません。そのデータは、利用者ご自身の端末のパスコードとiOSの保護機能によって守られます。
お問い合わせでお預かりしたメールは、当方以外がアクセスできないよう管理し、返信に必要な範囲を超えて保存しません。
なお、いかなる方法も完全な安全性を保証できるものではありません。
本ポリシーは、必要に応じて変更することがあります。変更後の内容は、本アプリ内またはこのページに掲載した時点で効力を生じます。取り扱いに重要な変更があった場合は、その内容が分かるように示します。

Yuya Sato (the "Developer") handles user information in the App as set out below.
The App has no server operated by the Developer. Your notes are stored entirely on your iPhone, and the Developer never receives them. The only time the Developer receives information about you is when you send an email inquiry (see section 8).
However, "processed on your device" and "nothing ever leaves your device" are not the same thing. Audio may be sent to Apple for speech recognition (section 4), and Apple itself collects certain information through the App Store (section 5). Those cases are explained separately below.

All of the above is kept in the per-app storage area that iOS provides on the device (UserDefaults). None of it is sent to a server operated by the Developer, and the Developer cannot see it. It is never linked to information identifying you, such as your name or email address.
The App requests only two permissions:
The App begins recording and listening automatically the moment you open it. The first time you open it, iOS asks for the two permissions above beforehand. If you decline, the App cannot record, although you can still view, edit, and delete notes you have already saved. You can change these permissions at any time in the iPhone Settings app under "FutoVoice".
The App does not use location, camera, photos, contacts, calendars, reminders, health data, Bluetooth, motion data, Face ID, or App Tracking Transparency (ATT) in any way, and never requests them.
The App uses Apple's speech recognition built into iOS to convert speech into text.
The Developer does not send your audio or your notes to any third-party AI service, transcription service, or cloud service. The only external systems the App relies on are those provided by Apple.
The App works entirely on your device, but Apple itself collects the following through the App Store. This is collected by Apple, not by the Developer.
Through App Store Connect, the Developer can see aggregate, non-identifying data drawn from the above, such as download counts and crash rates. The Developer cannot identify individual users. Apple's Privacy Policy governs how Apple handles this information. You can turn off sharing under "Analytics & Improvements" at any time in the iPhone Settings app.
The Developer does not collect your name, address, phone number, date of birth, location, photos, video, contacts, calendars, health information, advertising identifier (IDFA), device identifiers, IP address, browsing history, search history, or usage logs. The Developer does not collect your email address either, except where you send an inquiry as described in section 8.
The App contains no analytics tools, no advertising, no crash-reporting tools, and no third-party software development kits (SDKs) of any kind. The Developer does not track you and does not share information with other companies for advertising purposes.
If you contact the Developer by email, the Developer receives your email address and the content of your message.
Email is sent and received using Gmail, operated by Google LLC. Google's Privacy Policy applies, and messages may be stored on servers outside Japan.
The Developer does not provide, sell, or jointly use your information with any third party. Because the Developer holds none of the data on your device, none of it is transferred outside Japan.
The flows of information to Apple and Google described in sections 4 and 8 are limited to their stated purposes, namely using the iOS speech recognition feature and receiving your email inquiries. Those companies' servers may be located outside Japan.
The App has an age rating of 4+ and is not a Kids Category app. The Developer does not ask users their age and collects no personal information from any user, including children. Minors should purchase and use the App with the consent and supervision of a parent or guardian.
Because the Developer obtains no personal data through the App, the only processing by the Developer that falls under the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and UK data protection law is the handling of email inquiries described in section 8.
The Developer holds none of the data stored on your device. That data is protected by your own device passcode and the protections built into iOS.
Email received through inquiries is kept in an account that no one other than the Developer can access, and is not retained beyond what is needed to reply.
No method is completely secure, and the Developer cannot guarantee absolute security.
This policy may be updated when necessary. An updated version takes effect when posted in the App or on this page. Where a change to how information is handled is significant, the Developer will make its substance clear.
