1. 開発者が取得する個人情報
開発者は、本アプリを通じて、あなたの個人情報を一切取得しません。
本アプリには、開発者が運営するサーバーや外部のサービスへ通信する仕組みが実装されていません。氏名、メールアドレス、電話番号、住所、アカウント情報、デバイスID、広告ID、IPアドレス、位置情報、連絡先、カレンダー、健康情報のいずれも取得しません。アカウント登録やログインの機能もありません。
ただし、AppleのApp StoreおよびiOSが、開発者とは別に一部の情報を取得します。これについては第6項でご説明します。「開発者が取得しない」ことと「一切の情報がどこにも渡らない」ことは同じではないため、分けて説明しています。
2. 動画の取り扱い
あなたが選んだ動画は、すべてあなたのiPhoneの中だけで処理されます。開発者のサーバーへ送信されることはなく、開発者が閲覧・保存することもできません。
処理の流れは次のとおりです。
- 選ばれた動画を、本アプリ専用の一時フォルダにコピーします
- その中で音量を測り、音を大きくした新しい動画を同じ一時フォルダに作ります
- 結果画面で聴き比べていただきます
- 結果画面を離れた時点で、コピー元と加工後の両方の一時ファイルを自動的に削除します
処理をキャンセルされた場合、エラーが起きた場合も同様に削除します。さらに、万一削除されずに残った場合に備え、本アプリを起動するたびに、一時フォルダの中身をまとめて削除します。
加工後の動画が端末に残るのは、あなたが「写真に保存」または「共有」を選ばれた場合だけです。それらは、あなたが選んだ保存先（写真アプリ、または共有先のアプリやサービス）に置かれ、以後はその保存先の管理下となります。共有先での取り扱いは、各サービスのプライバシーポリシーに従います。
なお本アプリは、書き出す動画に、元の動画のメタデータ（撮影日時や位置情報など）を書き込む処理を行っていません。
3. 端末の権限について
本アプリが求める端末の権限は、「写真への追加」の1つだけです。
- 動画を選ぶとき — 権限を要求しません。動画の選択にはiOS標準の写真ピッカーを使っており、これは本アプリの外で動作します。本アプリが受け取るのは、あなたが選んだ1本の動画だけで、写真ライブラリのほかの内容を見ることはできません。
- 「写真に保存」を押したとき — このときだけ「写真に追加」の許可を求めます。これは追加のみの権限で、写真ライブラリを読み取る権限は要求していません。iOSの設定でも「写真の追加のみ」として表示されます。
- 許可しなかった場合 — 保存はできませんが、それ以外の機能（音を大きくする、聴き比べる、共有する）はそのままお使いいただけます。あとから許可される場合は、アプリが表示するお知らせの「設定を開く」からiOSの設定を変更できます。
カメラ、マイク、位置情報、連絡先、カレンダー、リマインダー、Bluetooth、モーション、ヘルスケア、Face ID、およびトラッキングの許可（App Tracking Transparency）は、いずれも要求しません。
4. 端末内に保存される記録
本アプリが端末内に保存し続ける情報は、次の3つだけです。

これらは数値と日付だけで、あなたを特定できる情報を含みません。端末の外に出ることはなく、iPhoneから本アプリを削除すると一緒に削除されます。
実際にレビューの画面を表示するかどうかは、iOSが判断します。表示されたレビュー画面にお書きになった内容はAppleに送信され、App Store上で公開されることがあります。その取り扱いはAppleのプライバシーポリシーに従います。
5. 外部サービス・解析・広告
本アプリは、以下のいずれも利用していません。
- アクセス解析・行動分析ツール（Google Analytics、Firebase Analytics、Mixpanel、Amplitude など）
- クラッシュ解析ツール（Crashlytics、Sentry など）
- 広告配信・広告効果測定（AdMob、AppsFlyer、Adjust など）
- 外部の生成AI、音声認識、画像解析などのサービス
- 外部のデータベース、クラウドストレージ、iCloud、CloudKit
本アプリに組み込まれているのは、Appleが提供する標準の機能のみです。第三者製のライブラリやSDKは1つも含まれていません。
したがって、開発者があなたの情報を第三者へ提供すること、販売すること、取扱いを第三者に委託することはありません。
6. AppleがOSやApp Storeとして取得する情報
本アプリはApp Storeで配信される有料アプリであり、iOS上で動作します。そのため、開発者とは別に、Appleが次の情報を取得することがあります。

これらの取得と取り扱いは、Appleのプライバシーポリシーに従います。
クラッシュ情報などの共有をやめたい場合は、iPhoneの「設定」から「プライバシーとセキュリティ」→「解析および改善」を開き、「iPhoneの解析を共有」をオフにしてください。
7. お問い合わせでいただいた情報
メールでお問い合わせをいただいた場合、いただいたメールアドレスと本文の内容は、開発者がお返事とご要望の確認のためにのみ使用します。第三者に提供することはありません。対応が完了し、保管の必要がなくなった時点で削除します。
不具合のご報告にあたって、動画を送っていただく必要はありません。原因の調査に必要な場合は改めてお願いすることがありますが、その場合も送るかどうかはあなたのご判断にゆだねられます。
8. あなたの権利
開発者はあなたの情報を保管していないため、開発者に対する開示・訂正・利用停止・削除のご請求については、原則として対象となる情報が存在しません。ご自身で行っていただける操作は次のとおりです。
- 端末内のデータを消したいとき — iPhoneから本アプリを削除してください。一時ファイルと第4項の3つの記録がすべて削除されます
- 写真に保存した動画を消したいとき — 写真アプリで削除してください
- 写真への追加の許可を取り消したいとき — iPhoneの「設定」で本アプリを選び、写真の項目を変更してください
- お問い合わせの履歴を削除してほしいとき — 下記のメールアドレスまでご連絡ください
EUおよび英国の一般データ保護規則（GDPR / UK GDPR）、米国カリフォルニア州などのプライバシー法に基づく権利についても同様です。開発者は個人データを収集・販売・共有していないため、通常、これらの権利行使の対象となるデータを保有していません。ご不明な点は下記までお問い合わせください。
9. 子どもの利用について
本アプリは特定の年齢層に向けて作られたものではなく、子ども向けのカテゴリで配信するものでもありません。開発者は年齢を含む一切の個人情報を取得しないため、子どもから個人情報を収集することもありません。
お子様が本アプリをお使いになる場合、扱う動画の内容や共有先の判断については、保護者の方が見守ってください。
10. 安全管理と国外移転
開発者はあなたの情報を保管していないため、開発者側での漏えいは生じません。端末内の一時ファイルは、iOSがアプリごとに分離している領域（サンドボックス）に置かれ、iOSの標準的なデータ保護のもとで扱われます。
本アプリは外部へデータを送信しないため、開発者による個人データの国外移転はありません。Appleが取得する情報（第6項）の国外移転については、Appleのプライバシーポリシーをご覧ください。
なお、いかなる方法も完全な安全性を保証するものではありません。
11. 本ポリシーの変更
本ポリシーを変更する場合は、本ページを更新し、最終更新日を改めます。取得する情報や外部への送信に関わる重要な変更を行う場合は、App Storeのアップデート情報でもお知らせします。
Louder Video — Privacy Policy
1. Personal information the Developer collects
The Developer collects no personal information from you through this app.
The app contains no code that communicates with any server operated by the Developer or with any outside service. It does not collect your name, email address, phone number, address, account information, device identifier, advertising identifier, IP address, location, contacts, calendar, or health data. There is no account and no sign-in.
That said, Apple's App Store and iOS do collect some information, separately from the Developer. This is explained in section 6. "The Developer collects nothing" is not the same as "no information reaches anyone," so the two are described separately.
2. How your videos are handled
The video you select is processed entirely on your iPhone. It is never sent to a server operated by the Developer, and the Developer cannot view or store it.
The process works like this:
- The selected video is copied into a temporary folder used only by this app.
- Its volume is measured there, and a new, louder video is created in the same temporary folder.
- You compare the two on the result screen.
- When you leave the result screen, both temporary files — the copy and the processed video — are deleted automatically.
The same deletion happens if you cancel processing or if an error occurs. In addition, as a safeguard against files left behind, the app clears the entire temporary folder every time it launches.
A processed video remains on your device only if you choose "Save to Photos" or "Share." It is then placed in the destination you chose — the Photos app, or the app or service you shared it with — and from that point it is governed by that destination. Handling by any service you share to is subject to that service's own privacy policy.
The app performs no step that writes the original video's metadata (such as capture date or location) into the video it exports.
3. Device permissions
The app asks for exactly one device permission: adding to Photos.
- Choosing a video — no permission is requested. Selection uses the standard iOS photo picker, which runs outside this app. The app receives only the single video you picked and cannot see anything else in your photo library.
- Tapping "Save to Photos" — only then does the app ask for permission to add to Photos. This is an add-only permission; the app never requests permission to read your photo library. iOS displays it as "Add Photos Only."
- If you decline — you cannot save to Photos, but everything else (making the sound louder, comparing it, sharing) still works. If you change your mind, the alert the app shows includes an "Open Settings" button that takes you to the iOS setting.
The app never requests access to the camera, microphone, location, contacts, calendars, reminders, Bluetooth, motion data, health data, Face ID, or tracking permission (App Tracking Transparency).
4. What the app stores on your device
The app keeps only three pieces of information on your device:

These are only numbers and dates and contain nothing that identifies you. They never leave your device, and they are deleted along with the app when you remove it from your iPhone.
Whether the review prompt actually appears is decided by iOS. Anything you write in that prompt is sent to Apple and may be published on the App Store; Apple's privacy policy governs its handling.
5. Third-party services, analytics, and advertising
The app uses none of the following:
- analytics or behavioral tracking tools (Google Analytics, Firebase Analytics, Mixpanel, Amplitude, and the like);
- crash reporting tools (Crashlytics, Sentry, and the like);
- advertising or attribution services (AdMob, AppsFlyer, Adjust, and the like);
- external generative-AI, speech-recognition, or image-analysis services;
- external databases, cloud storage, iCloud, or CloudKit.
The app is built only from frameworks supplied by Apple. It contains no third-party libraries or SDKs of any kind.
Accordingly, the Developer does not disclose your information to third parties, does not sell it, and does not engage any third party to process it.
6. Information Apple collects as the operating system and the store
Louder Video is a paid app distributed through the App Store and running on iOS. Apple therefore collects certain information separately from the Developer:

Apple's collection and handling of this information is governed by Apple's Privacy Policy.
To stop sharing crash and performance data, open Settings on your iPhone, go to Privacy & Security → Analytics & Improvements, and turn off "Share iPhone Analytics."
7. Information you send when you contact us
If you email the Developer, your email address and the contents of your message are used only to reply to you and to understand your request. They are not disclosed to any third party, and they are deleted once your inquiry has been resolved and there is no further need to keep them.
You do not need to send a video in order to report a problem. If a video would help diagnose an issue, the Developer may ask for one, but whether to send it remains entirely your decision.
8. Your rights
Because the Developer holds no information about you, a request to the Developer for access, correction, restriction, or deletion will generally find no data to act on. Here is what you can do yourself:
- To erase the data on your device — delete the app from your iPhone. This removes any temporary files and all three records described in section 4.
- To remove a video you saved — delete it in the Photos app.
- To withdraw the add-to-Photos permission — open Settings on your iPhone, select this app, and change the Photos setting.
- To have your email correspondence deleted — write to the address below.
The same applies to rights under the EU and UK General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR / UK GDPR) and under U.S. state privacy laws such as California's. Because the Developer does not collect, sell, or share personal data, there is normally no data on which such rights could be exercised. If you have questions, please get in touch at the address below.
9. Children
This app is not directed at any particular age group and is not distributed in a children's category. Because the Developer collects no personal information at all — including age — no personal information is collected from children.
If a child uses the app, a parent or guardian should supervise decisions about what videos are processed and where they are shared.
10. Security and international transfers
Since the Developer stores none of your information, there is nothing on the Developer's side that could be breached. Temporary files on your device live in the per-app sandbox that iOS maintains and are covered by the standard iOS data protection.
Because the app sends no data off the device, the Developer makes no international transfer of personal data. For international transfers of the information Apple collects (section 6), please see Apple's Privacy Policy.
No method of protection can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
11. Changes to this policy
If this policy changes, this page will be updated and the "last updated" date revised. Any significant change to what is collected or what is sent off the device will also be noted in the App Store release notes.
