音だけ上げる 利用規約
第1条 はじめに
本規約は、佐藤祐也（以下「開発者」といいます）が提供するiPhone向けアプリケーション「音だけ上げる」（英語名「Louder Video」。以下「本アプリ」といいます）の利用条件を定めるものです。本アプリをダウンロードまたは利用された時点で、本規約に同意いただいたものとみなします。
本アプリのライセンス条件には、Appleの「ライセンス済みアプリケーションエンドユーザー使用許諾契約」（以下「Apple標準EULA」といいます）が適用されます。本規約は、Apple標準EULAを補足するものです。両者の内容が矛盾する場合は、その矛盾する範囲においてApple標準EULAが優先します。
本規約は、あなたと開発者との間の契約です。Appleは本規約の当事者ではありません。ただし、Appleおよびその子会社は本規約の第三者受益者であり、あなたが本規約に同意した時点で、本規約をあなたに対して行使する権利を有します。
第2条 本アプリでできること
本アプリは、あなたのiPhoneに保存されている動画を1本選び、その音声の音量を、音が割れないように自動で大きくして、新しい動画として書き出すアプリです。
具体的には次のように動作します。
- 選ばれた動画の音声を測り、平均音量が概ね -18 dBFS になるよう、最大 +30 dB の範囲で音量を上げます
- 音が割れないよう、ピークが -1 dBFS を超えないようリミッターで抑えます
- 映像は一切作り直しません（そのままコピーします）。画質は変わりません
- 音声のみをAAC（128 kbps）で書き直します
- すでに音量が十分に大きい動画は、あえて何も加工せずにその旨をお伝えします
本アプリには、音量の倍率を指定する機能、音声を細かく編集する機能、動画を切る・つなぐ機能、アカウントやログインの機能、他の利用者と関わる機能はありません。
本アプリの利用には、iOS 17.0以降のiPhoneが必要です。動画の処理にインターネット接続は必要ありません。
第3条 料金
本アプリは有料アプリです。App Storeでの購入時に一度お支払いいただく形式で、アプリ内購入や継続課金（サブスクリプション）はありません。広告も表示しません。
価格は、購入時にApp Storeに表示される金額です。価格は国・地域や時期によって異なることがあり、開発者が変更することがあります。
購入手続き、支払い、領収書の発行、および返金の可否の判断は、すべてAppleが行います。開発者は返金の手続きを行うことができません。返金をご希望の場合は、Appleの「問題を報告する」（reportaproblem.apple.com）からApple宛にお申し出ください。
一度ご購入いただければ、同じApple Accountであれば追加のお支払いなく再ダウンロードできます。ファミリー共有の可否は、App Storeでの設定に従います。
第4条 あなたの動画の権利
あなたが本アプリで扱う動画の権利は、すべてあなた（または正当な権利者）に帰属します。開発者はそれらに対していかなる権利も主張しません。
本アプリはあなたの動画を開発者のサーバーへ送信しません。開発者があなたの動画を受け取ること、閲覧すること、保存することはできません。詳しくはプライバシーポリシーをご覧ください。
一方で、その動画を本アプリで扱うために必要な権利をお持ちであることは、あなたの責任でご確認ください。他人が写っている、他人の声が入っている、他人が著作権を持つ音楽が入っているなどの動画を加工・保存・共有される場合、肖像権・プライバシー権・著作権などに配慮する責任はあなたにあります。
第5条 音を大きくすることに伴うご注意
本アプリは音を大きくするアプリです。次の点をご理解のうえでご利用ください。
- 聴覚へのご注意 — 加工後の動画は、元の動画よりはっきりと大きな音で再生されます。イヤホンやヘッドホンをお使いの場合は、必ず端末の音量を下げてから再生を始めてください。大音量での長時間の再生は、聴覚を損なうおそれがあります。
- 消音スイッチが入っていても音が鳴ります — 結果画面の聴き比べは、音の大きさをその場で確かめていただくためのものです。この目的のため、iPhoneの消音（マナー）スイッチが入っている状態でも音を鳴らします。静かにしておきたい場所では、再生を始める前に端末の音量をご確認ください。
- 元から割れている音は直りません — 本アプリは音量を上げるものであり、録音時にすでに歪んでいる音、途切れている音、風切り音などを修復するものではありません。
- 上げられる量には上限があります — 上げ幅は最大 +30 dB を上限としています。極端に小さく録れた動画では、加工後もまだ小さいままのことがあります。
- 周囲の雑音も一緒に大きくなります — 本アプリは声だけを選んで大きくすることはできません。空調の音や環境音も同じだけ大きくなります。
- ほとんど音が入っていない動画は加工しません — 無音に近い動画を無理に上げると雑音だけが大きくなるため、その場合はその旨をお伝えし、処理を行いません。
- すでに十分大きい動画は加工しません — 意味のない作り直しによって音質を落とさないための仕様です。
- 音声は作り直されます — 映像は無劣化ですが、音声はAAC（128 kbps）で書き直されるため、元の音声と完全に同一のデータにはなりません。
- 元の動画は変更されません — 加工結果は常に新しいファイルとして作られます。写真に保存すると、元の動画とは別に1本増えます。
結果画面では「元の音」と「大きくした音」をその場で聴き比べられるようにしてあります。保存・共有の前に、ご自身の耳で結果をご確認ください。
第6条 禁止事項
本アプリの利用にあたり、次の行為はご遠慮ください。
- 法令に違反する目的で利用すること
- 他人の著作権、肖像権、プライバシーその他の権利を侵害する目的で利用すること
- 他人を無断で撮影・録音した動画の音声を明瞭にする目的で利用すること
- 本アプリを複製、改変、逆コンパイル、リバースエンジニアリング、再配布、販売すること（法令により認められる範囲を除きます）
- 本アプリの動作を妨害する行為
第7条 免責
本アプリは現状有姿で提供されます。開発者は、本アプリが特定の目的に適合すること、加工結果が期待どおりの音量・音質になること、すべての動画形式で正常に動作すること、および将来にわたって提供が継続されることを保証しません。
開発者は、本アプリの利用によりあなたに生じた損害について、法令上許される範囲で責任を負いません。ただし、開発者の故意または重大な過失による場合は、この限りではありません。また、あなたが消費者である場合、消費者契約法その他の法令によりあなたに認められた権利を、本規約が制限するものではありません。
本アプリのサポートは開発者が行います。Appleは本アプリの保守およびサポートについて一切の義務を負いません。本アプリが適用される保証に適合しない場合、あなたはAppleに通知することができ、Appleは購入代金の返金を行うことがあります。法令上許される最大限の範囲において、Appleはそれ以外のいかなる保証義務も負いません。
第三者が、本アプリまたはあなたによる本アプリの利用が当該第三者の知的財産権を侵害すると主張した場合、その請求の調査、防御、和解および解決について責任を負うのはAppleではなく開発者です。
第8条 変更・終了・準拠法
開発者は、本アプリの機能を変更・追加・削除すること、および本アプリの提供を終了することがあります。
本規約を変更する場合は、本ページを更新し、最終更新日を改めます。変更後に本アプリを利用された場合は、変更後の規約に同意いただいたものとみなします。
本アプリの利用をおやめになる場合は、iPhoneから本アプリを削除してください。それにより、本アプリが端末内に保存していたデータもあわせて削除されます。
本規約は日本法に準拠します。あなたが日本国外にお住まいの消費者である場合、お住まいの国または地域の法令によりあなたに強制的に認められる保護を、本条が奪うものではありません。
Louder Video — Terms of Use
1. Introduction
These Terms of Use set out the conditions for using "Louder Video" (Japanese name: 音だけ上げる), an iPhone app provided by Yuya Sato ("the Developer"). By downloading or using the app, you agree to these Terms.
The license terms for this app are governed by Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement ("Apple's Standard EULA"). These Terms supplement that agreement. If anything here conflicts with Apple's Standard EULA, Apple's Standard EULA prevails to the extent of the conflict.
These Terms are an agreement between you and the Developer. Apple is not a party to these Terms. However, Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms and, upon your acceptance, have the right to enforce these Terms against you.
2. What the app does
Louder Video lets you pick one video already stored on your iPhone and automatically raises the volume of its audio — without letting the sound clip — then writes the result out as a new video.
Specifically, the app:
- measures the audio of the video you selected, and raises its volume by up to +30 dB so that the average level lands at roughly -18 dBFS;
- applies a limiter so peaks do not exceed -1 dBFS, preventing distortion;
- never re-encodes the picture — the video track is copied as is, so image quality is unchanged;
- re-encodes only the audio, as AAC at 128 kbps;
- deliberately leaves videos that are already loud enough untouched, and tells you so.
The app does not let you set a volume multiplier, does not offer detailed audio editing, does not trim or join videos, has no account or sign-in, and has no features that connect you with other users.
The app requires an iPhone running iOS 17.0 or later. No internet connection is needed to process a video.
3. Price
Louder Video is a paid app. You pay once when you buy it on the App Store. There are no in-app purchases and no subscriptions. The app shows no advertising.
The price is the amount shown on the App Store at the time of purchase. Prices may differ by country or region, may change over time, and may be changed by the Developer.
Purchases, payments, receipts, and all decisions about refunds are handled by Apple. The Developer cannot process refunds. If you would like a refund, please request one from Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com.
Once purchased, you may re-download the app at no additional cost using the same Apple Account. Whether the app is available through Family Sharing follows its App Store setting.
4. Your videos remain yours
All rights in the videos you work with in this app belong to you (or to the rightful owner). The Developer claims no rights in them whatsoever.
The app does not send your videos to any server operated by the Developer. The Developer cannot receive, view, or store your videos. See the Privacy Policy for details.
You are responsible for confirming that you hold the rights needed to process a given video with this app. If a video shows other people, contains other people's voices, or contains music owned by someone else, it is your responsibility to respect their rights of publicity, privacy, and copyright when you process, save, or share it.
5. Important notes about making sound louder
This app makes sound louder. Please understand the following before you use it.
- Protect your hearing. The processed video plays back noticeably louder than the original. If you are using earphones or headphones, turn your device volume down before you start playback. Extended listening at high volume can damage your hearing.
- Sound plays even when the silent switch is on. The comparison on the result screen exists so you can hear how loud the result is. For that reason, it plays sound even when your iPhone's silent (ring/silent) switch is set to silent. Check your device volume before you start playback somewhere you need to stay quiet.
- Audio that was already distorted cannot be repaired. The app raises volume; it does not fix distortion, dropouts, or wind noise that were present in the original recording.
- There is a limit to how much it can raise. The maximum gain is +30 dB. A video recorded extremely quietly may still sound quiet after processing.
- Background noise gets louder too. The app cannot single out voices. Air conditioning and ambient noise are raised by the same amount.
- Near-silent videos are not processed. Forcing up a video with almost no sound would only amplify noise, so in that case the app tells you and stops.
- Videos that are already loud enough are not processed. This is deliberate: pointless re-encoding would only degrade the audio.
- The audio is re-encoded. The picture is untouched, but the audio is rewritten as AAC at 128 kbps, so it will not be bit-for-bit identical to the original.
- Your original video is never modified. The result is always a new file. Saving it to Photos adds a second video alongside the original.
The result screen lets you switch between the original sound and the louder sound on the spot. Please listen for yourself before you save or share.
6. Prohibited uses
Please do not:
- use the app for any purpose that violates the law;
- use the app to infringe anyone's copyright, right of publicity, privacy, or other rights;
- use the app to make audible a recording of someone made without their knowledge or consent;
- copy, modify, decompile, reverse engineer, redistribute, or sell the app (except to the extent the law permits);
- interfere with the operation of the app.
7. Disclaimers and limitation of liability
The app is provided "as is." The Developer does not warrant that it is fit for any particular purpose, that the processed result will reach any specific volume or audio quality, that it will work correctly with every video format, or that it will continue to be offered in the future.
The Developer is not liable for damages arising from your use of the app, to the extent permitted by law. This exclusion does not apply where the damage results from the Developer's intent or gross negligence. If you are a consumer, nothing in these Terms limits the rights granted to you by Japan's Consumer Contract Act or other applicable law.
Support for the app is provided by the Developer. Apple has no obligation whatsoever to furnish any maintenance or support services for the app. In the event of any failure of the app to conform to any applicable warranty, you may notify Apple, and Apple may refund the purchase price; to the maximum extent permitted by law, Apple will have no other warranty obligation whatsoever with respect to the app.
If a third party claims that the app or your use of it infringes that third party's intellectual property rights, the Developer, not Apple, is responsible for the investigation, defense, settlement, and discharge of that claim.
8. Changes, termination, and governing law
The Developer may change, add to, or remove features of the app, and may discontinue the app.
If these Terms change, this page will be updated and the "last updated" date revised. Continuing to use the app after a change means you accept the revised Terms.
To stop using the app, delete it from your iPhone. Doing so also deletes the data the app stored on your device.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Japan. If you are a consumer residing outside Japan, this clause does not deprive you of any protection that the law of your country or region grants you and that cannot be varied by agreement.
