1. Our Approach

Because body photos are especially privacy-sensitive, the App is designed around not collecting data. The Operator does not collect your photos, videos, personal information, or usage data through the App, and does not send any of it anywhere. All photo analysis and video creation happen entirely on your iPhone.

2. Information the Operator Does Not Collect

No account is required, and the App never asks for your name, email address, or similar information.
Your photos and videos are never sent to the Operator or to any external server.
The App contains no analytics, advertising, or tracking SDKs (third-party components).
The App does not access your location, contacts, calendar, or health data. There is no feature for entering numbers such as weight or body fat percentage.

3. How Photos and Videos Are Handled (Entirely On-Device)

To pick photos from your photo library, the App uses the standard iOS photo picker. With this mechanism, only the photos you choose are handed to the App, so no read access to your photo library is needed — and the App never requests it.
Body positions (shoulders and hips) are detected using Apple's on-device image analysis (the Vision framework). All analysis happens on your iPhone.
The capture date recorded in a photo (Exif data) is used only to sort photos from oldest to newest and, if "Show capture date" is on, to display the date in the video. The date display can be turned off. Capture dates are never sent anywhere.
Working data (selected photos and body selections) is not stored on your device and disappears when you close the App. Unsaved temporary videos are automatically deleted the next time the App launches.
A finished video is saved to your device's photo library only when you choose to save it.

4. The Photo Stored On-Device for the Shooting Guide

The App's camera includes a shooting guide that overlays your previous photo semi-transparently, so you can match the same standing position and pose each time. For this, a downscaled copy of the single most recent photo you took or imported is stored in the App's private area on your device.

This photo is never sent off your device.
It is overwritten by the latest photo each time you take or import a new one.
There is no feature to delete just this photo individually, but it is completely erased when you delete the App.
You can show or hide the guide overlay at any time with a button on the camera screen.

5. Device Permissions

The App uses only the following two permissions. You can change either of them at any time in the iOS Settings app.

Camera: used only to take body photos with the in-app camera. Even without this permission, you can still create videos by importing photos from your library.
"Add Only" access to your photo library: used to save the photos you take and the videos you create to your photo library. This is not permission to read the photos in your library.

6. Other Information Stored On-Device

The App stores your video output settings (speed, music, date display) and a record of whether the App Store review prompt has been shown — on your device only. This information identifies no one and is erased when you delete the App.

7. Purchase Information

Payment for the one-time in-app purchase that unlocks saving and sharing is processed by Apple. The Operator never receives your name, payment card details, or Apple Account information. The App only checks, on your device, whether the purchase has been made.

8. Information Collected by Apple and iOS

App Store download information and purchase records are managed by Apple under Apple's own privacy policy.
If analytics sharing (such as "Share with App Developers") is enabled on your device, Apple may collect usage statistics and crash reports, and the Operator may be able to view only aggregated information that cannot identify individuals. You can turn this off in iOS under Settings > Privacy & Security > Analytics & Improvements.
If your photo library is stored in iCloud, your device may communicate with Apple's iCloud to fetch the photos you select. This is a standard iOS function, not the App sending your photos anywhere.

9. About the Share Feature

When you send a video using the share button, it goes to the app or service you choose (Messages, social media, and so on). From then on, its handling is governed by that service's privacy policy. Whether and where to share is decided entirely by your actions. Because these videos are made from body photos, we recommend reviewing the content before sharing — including the date display, if "Show capture date" is on.

10. Information You Send When Contacting Us

If you contact the Operator by email or similar means, your email address and the content of your inquiry are used only to reply and respond. They are not shared with third parties except as required by law, and they are deleted once the matter is resolved and they are no longer needed.

11. Children's Privacy

The App is intended for adults working on fitness or weight-loss goals and is not a service directed at children. The Operator does not collect personal information from any user, including children.

12. For Users Outside Japan (GDPR and Similar Laws)

Because the Operator does not collect or store your personal data, processing of personal data within the meaning of the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), UK data protection law, or US state privacy laws does not, in principle, occur. The only personal data the Operator may hold is the contact details and content you provide when you contact us. If you wish to access, correct, or delete such data, please contact us at the address below. Apple is the data controller for App Store and in-app purchase data.

13. Changes to this Policy

If this Policy changes, the new version will be published on this page with an updated effective date. For material changes, the Operator will provide clear notice in the App or in the App Store update notes.
